Be One of the First 100 Businesses to Help Build the Future of Black-Owned Media
COLUMBUS, OH – In celebration of National Black Business Month, Urban Trendsetters is proud to announce the launch of its Founding 100 Campaign, an exclusive initiative designed to spotlight 100 businesses that are ready to increase their visibility, grow their customer base, and become part of a historic movement supporting Black-owned media.
The Founding 100 is more than a business directory or an advertising opportunity—it’s a recognition program honoring entrepreneurs and organizations that believe in the power of ownership, community, and economic empowerment.
Businesses selected as members of the Urban Trendsetters Founding 100 will receive exposure through the Urban Trendsetters multimedia network, including UTS News Magazine, Urban Trendsetters Television (UTS TV), UTS Radio, UTS Local Business Directory, and Urban Trendsetters’ digital and social media platforms.
A Historic Opportunity
As the first 100% Black-owned and operated free broadcast television network in the United States, Urban Trendsetters is committed to creating new opportunities for businesses to be seen, heard, and supported.
The Founding 100 Campaign is one of the flagship initiatives leading into the continued expansion of Urban Trendsetters Television and the 1 Million 1 Trendsetters movement—a national effort to connect communities through positive programming, entrepreneurship, education, and economic development.
“Our vision has always been bigger than building a television network,” said Sharon S. Gordon, Founder and CEO of Urban Trendsetters. “We’re building a platform where businesses, nonprofits, creators, ministries, and community leaders can grow together. The Founding 100 represents the first businesses helping us write the next chapter of that story.”
