At the 4th Annual Black Ambition Demo Day, held with support from Visa, Comcast, Louis Vuitton, and other major brands, eight finalists presented their pitches to a panel of esteemed judges, including Lisa Price, Pinky Cole, and Erik Moore. RedDrop emerged as the standout winner, recognized for its mission to provide inclusive, education-backed wellness solutions tailored to tween girls.
Co-founder and CEO Dr. Monica Williams expressed excitement over the win, emphasizing how the prize money and mentorship will fuel the company’s growth. “Winning $1 million is life-changing, but the mentorship and network provided by Black Ambition are priceless. We’re now building our own table to invite others to have a seat,” said Dr. Williams.
