Ohio Black Expo is a statewide non-profit organization committed to enhancing the lives, success, and well-being of communities in Ohio. We drive change and foster growth through initiatives that address critical disparities in areas such as economic development, health, education, senior support, business, technology, and youth development.
Our signature event, the Ohio Black Expo: Riverfront Culture Fest, takes place every Memorial Day Weekend to empower and unite Ohio’s 1.7 million Black residents and those beyond. This annual gathering welcomes thousands of guests from across the state, the nation, and the globe to engage in solution-focused workshops, build connections at networking events, and celebrate the richness of Black culture. With amazing food, the arts, and an unforgettable atmosphere, there’s no other place to be Memorial Day Weekend!

Yet for many older adults, navigating today’s digital world can feel overwhelming. That’s why community leaders and technology advocates are once again coming together to present one of Central Ohio’s most anticipated educational events for seniors.
The 4th Annual Senior Tech Conference will take place on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at The Fawcett Center in Columbus, offering a full day of technology education, hands-on learning, networking, and fun for adults ages 55 and older.
