Minda Harts is the CEO of The Memo LLC, a career development platform for women of color. She is the best-selling author of The Memo: What Women of Color Need To Know To Secure A Seat At The Table. Minda is an Assistant Professor at NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service and has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, The Guardian, and Morning Joe. Minda frequently speaks on Leadership, Diversity, and Entrepreneurship.

Minda Harts is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service of NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She is the founder of The Memo LLC, a career development company for women of color. Minda holds a Bachelor’s in Communications and a Master’s in Business Administration.
